Environmentally sound purchasing practices.
Sustainable restaurant and food services.
Eco-friendly building materials.
Beds, bedding, towels, and other linens made of organic and/ or natural fibers; mattresses made of mostly organic, chemical- free, and/ or natural materials.
Eco-friendly B&B with 10 energy-efficient rooms, bamboo fiber bedding, and recycling bins; direct trade coffee served; bicycles available for guests' use. Owner also runs a seasonal organic community garden.
