Absolutely. America needs a new export, a new economic "engine" to create quality jobs and to promote innovation. Green technology is it. If we make that our focus, and if the government creates incentives to make that happen, we have an opportunity to reverse the economic decay we've seen indicated by falling wages, rising unemployment, and the failure of many businesses to stay profitable without outsourcing labor.
