Amazing Plant-Based Skin Care

It is often said that that those who adhere to the plant based diet enjoy better health and are more youthful, so whenever I am asked about my skin care regime, it is a reminder of how beneficial the vegan diet has been for me.

If I had known the ease and low cost of my current skincare regime, I could have avoided decades of expensive hassle, numerous products and time consuming morning and nighttime rituals.

Ayurveda and Acne

The skin is the largest organ of the body and according to Ayurveda the health of the skin reflects the health of the body.  Ayurveda has suggestions for how to help our skin be its healthiest from the inside out and from the outside in!
