In today’s hectic society, we are increasingly bombarded with huge amounts of information and our brain’s filtering system can get bogged down with data overload. These experiences are stored in our cellular memory and retrieved when something stimulates recall.
The following techniques help filter information and environmental stimuli by using the powers you already own.
Environmental Power – Influence your Surroundings
Both consciously and subconsciously, you are constantly observing cumulative experiences of your day, all of which are stored in the cells. Censor the stimuli in your environment. This is the first step to influencing the suggestions you receive.
Focus on positive triggers. Compartmentalize environmental stimulus into positive categories to free the energy flow in the body. The song of the birds and the smell of the flowers blooming all around you, calm the soul. A friendly wave brings a smile to your face and relaxes the muscles, making problems seem manageable.
Energy Power – Efficiency of Performance
The flow of energy in the body is controlled by cellular communication and tension restricts that energy flow. Tension lessens the flow of oxygen and nutrients into the cell and restricts nerve communication to the cells. With less oxygen and energy available to the cells, the muscles cannot perform.
Direct your energy to the area of tension and visualize how the release of the muscular constriction opens the gate to allow energy to flow unimpeded. Help release tension and increase the efficiency of cellular performance by breathing deep into the diaphragm to bring in energy and use your exhale to relax mind and body.
Mental Power – Improving Communication
We experience many emotions throughout the day. The ensuing internal dialogue and how we manage these thought patterns influence our performance. Focus on positive techniques for cellular recollection during times of doubt and struggle.
Performing visualization exercises and reciting positive affirmations trigger positive cellular response. ‘See’ the desired outcome as you work toward your goal and allow the positive affirmations to drown out any negative influences. These techniques can change the physical flow of the energy in your body.
Physical Power – Cellular Training
When it comes to physical power, the energy source affects the outcome. Adequate nutrients and positive communication result in quality, high-energy performance. Let go of the limitations you put on your physical body and open the mind to new ideas and opportunities.
Physical performance is restricted when the body gets complacent by eating the same food every day and approaching the same task in the same way. Stimulate the energy flow by opening up your realm of possibilities.
Spiritual Power – Realm of Reality
Feel the power you hold within and believe in the process to take you where you want to go. Cellular response is triggered by stimulus from your collective experiences and is influenced by your beliefs and your emotions. Where your faith lies is where your power lies.
If you want to be happier, believe it and train yourself to smile and laugh through life’s circumstances. If you want success, visualize it and believe it with conviction. Positive responses change the flow of energy and change the flow of your life, giving you the power.
